Winery Pádár

We are a small winery from the village of Padarovce in the Malohont region. The first written mention of wine production in our village dates back to 1866, but gradually the tradition of wine production from this area disappeared. Our mission is to restore the wine tradition. We are building on this history by producing blackcurrant wine. With honest craftsmanship, we want to restore pride to our region and spread its good name throughout Slovakia.

Blackcurrant wine is the most widespread and popular fruit wine. We focus on the most exclusive - blackcurrant wine. Their berries are one of the most valuable fruits grown in Europe. They contain a huge amount of vitamins, especially vitamin C and antioxidants.

Blackcurrant wine goes well with desserts, cheese and appetizers....

The wine is produced exclusively from blackcurrants grown in our own orchards in southern Slovakia in the Padarovce region.

We recommend serving at 12-14 °C and storing at 5-20 °C to preserve the wine's perfect flavour and characteristics.
